Raw Cards

l Due to the humidity in Guangzhou, some cards may show slight natural warping, which does not affect the card’s condition or value.

l Pokémon cards often have factory imperfections, such as:

u print lines

u ink dots

u minor white spots
These are caused by the production process and not by handling.

For this reason, all raw (ungraded) cards are considered “Lightly Played” by default.

Graded Cards

About the card inside the slab:
Even PSA 10 cards may contain factory imperfections such as white dots or print lines.

We do not accept returns based on internal card conditions inside graded slabs. All assessments are based solely on the grading company’s score. If you need additional photos, please contact us.

Please note that we have multiple identical graded cards in stock, and orders will be shipped at random. Specific certification numbers cannot be selected by default. If you would like to confirm the exact Cert Number before shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

About the graded case:
Graded slabs may have very light surface scratches, which is normal.
If there are chips or cracks, they will be clearly noted in the listing.
All conditions are based on the photos and scans we provide. More pictures are available upon request.

All items are shipped from Guangzhou, China, with a tracking number provided.
We pack with extreme care:

l Single Cards: Sleeved (Top loader for single card above USD10)→ Sealed bag→ Cardboard protection → Water Proof Bubble Bag → Box

l Booster Boxes: Bubble wrap → Box

l Large Gift Boxes:  Bubble wrap→ Box→Corner protectors

Due to the weight and inertia of large gift boxes during long-distance shipping, minor dents or pressure marks on outer packaging may occur. If you are sensitive to packaging condition, please do not purchase large gift boxes.
