At Pineaball LLC, we understand the value of your collectibles. Every order is packed with professional-grade materials to ensure your Pokémon cards arrive safely.

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • Current Scope: We currently only ship to the United States. We plan to expand to international destinations (Europe, Asia, etc.) in the near future.

  • Logistics Partners: We utilize reliable cross-border carriers such as Yanwen and 4PX, which often hand over to local couriers like USPS or SpeedX for final delivery.

  • High-Value Express: For high-value orders (e.g., expensive PSA slabs), we use premium commercial couriers such as UPS or DHL to ensure maximum security and speed.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7–20 business days from our facility in Guangzhou to your U.S. address.

  • Expedited/Commercial Shipping: Typically takes 4–12 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or extreme weather.

3. Handling & Packaging Standards

All orders are processed within 5 business days after funds have cleared. Our signature packaging includes:

  • Single Cards: Sleeved (Top loader for singles >$10) → Sealed Bag → Cardboard reinforcement → Waterproof Bubble Mailer → Corrugated Box.

  • Sealed Boxes: Multi-layer bubble wrap → Heavy-duty box → Corner protectors.

4. Combined Shipping Policy

We offer combined shipping to save you costs!

  • If you place multiple orders before they are shipped, we can consolidate them into one package.

  • Refunds: Any excess shipping fees paid will be refunded to your original payment method (or adjusted in your wire transfer) once the combined shipment is processed.

5. Customs, Duties & Tracking

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every order once it is dispatched.

  • Taxes: All applicable import duties, taxes, and secondary carrier fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping Origin: All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
