Refund & Return Policy 

At Pineaball TCG, we strive to provide the highest quality Pokémon TCG products to collectors worldwide. Due to the unique nature of trading cards and international logistics, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Final Sale & Return Eligibility

  • All sales are considered FINAL. Due to market volatility and the nature of collectible items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is significantly different from the listing (e.g., wrong language, wrong set), please contact us at pineaballtcg@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

2. Condition Standards (Non-Returnable TCG Imperfections)

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the following industry-standard conditions which are not eligible for returns:

  • Raw (Ungraded) Cards: All raw cards are sold as "Lightly Played" by default. Factory imperfections (print lines, ink dots, minor white spots) and natural warping due to humidity are part of the manufacturing/environment process and do not constitute a defect.

  • Graded Cards: Please note that due to the nature of the plastic materials used in grading slabs, minor surface scuffs or faint scratches are inherent and often unavoidable during the encapsulation and handling process. If you are extremely sensitive to minor surface scuffs on the plastic case, please do not purchase. We do not accept returns based on internal card conditions or minor external slab scuffs. Only significant structural damages (such as chips or deep cracks explicitly noted in the listing) are considered eligible for claim.

  • Sealed Products & Boxes: We guarantee 100% authenticity. However, minor pressure marks, corner dents, or shrink-wrap imperfections caused by international shipping inertia are common and do not affect the internal contents. If you are a "mint box" collector, please consider this risk before buying.

3. Shipping & Logistics

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and secondary carrier charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle the buyer to a full refund.

  • Cancellations: If shipping to your country becomes unavailable due to carrier restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.

4. Grading Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific grading scores and do not offer "pre-grading" or "hand-picking" services. Grading is subjective; therefore, dissatisfaction with a potential or actual grade is not a valid reason for a return.
