This website is operated by Pineaball LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pineaball LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Product Authenticity & Condition Standards

  1. Authenticity: We guarantee that all Pokémon products sold on our site are 100% authentic.

  2. Raw Cards: All ungraded cards are sold as "Lightly Played" condition by default. Due to manufacturing processes and environmental factors (such as humidity in Guangzhou), cards may exhibit minor print lines, white spots, or natural warping. These are not considered defects.

  3. Graded Cards: All sales are based solely on the official grade assigned by the third-party grading company. We do not guarantee the internal condition of the card or the perfection of the plastic slab (which may have minor surface scuffs).

  4. Sealed Products: We pack all items with extreme care. However, minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (dents, shrink-wrap tears) caused by international shipping inertia does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Section 2 - Pricing & Payments

  1. Currency: All prices are in USD.

  2. Payment Methods: We currently accept Direct Business Wire/ACH and other listed third-party providers. Orders will only be processed once funds have been fully cleared in our Mercury business account.

  3. Market Volatility: TCG prices fluctuate rapidly. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices in the event of obvious pricing errors or extreme market shifts.

Section 3 - Shipping & International Orders

  1. Handling Time: Items are typically shipped within 5 business days from our facility in Guangzhou.

  2. Shipping Method: All items are shipped with a tracking number. Our professional packaging includes sleeves, top loaders (for singles >$10), cardboard protection, and waterproof layers.

  3. Customs & Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred in their destination country. We will not undervalue items on customs forms.

  4. Risk of Loss: Once an item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or transit delay passes to the buyer.

Section 4 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
